Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged at the time of delivery, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Haramain Foods immediately with supporting evidence (such as photographs of the product and packaging). After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Delivery Charges

  • Any delivery charges incurred during the original order are non-refundable.

  • In approved return cases, applicable delivery charges and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Haramain Foods will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or any other mutually agreed method within a reasonable period.
